REFUND POLICY

Our Promise

We want you to love every TEALWYN piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- In the original packaging (gift box, care card)
- Free from perfume, makeup, or damage

How to Return

Email us at hello@tealwyn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns label and instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Want a different size or style? Email us at hello@tealwyn.co.uk — we're happy to arrange an exchange.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately at hello@tealwyn.co.uk.

Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after 30 days (unless faulty)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Gift cards

Return Postage

Return postage costs are covered by TEALWYN for faulty items. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
