Where We Deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when your order total exceeds £75.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have any issues tracking your order, contact us at hello@tealwyn.co.uk with your order number.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@tealwyn.co.uk — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tealwyn.co.uk. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
