How long does delivery take to the UK?+
Standard UK delivery takes 10–14 working days. Express delivery (5–7 working days) is available for £9.95. We send a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you always know where your parcel is.
What materials do you use?+
TEALWYN pieces are made from 18K gold-plated brass, 925 sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and cubic zirconia (CZ). All materials are nickel-tested to be skin-safe. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Can I return or exchange my order?+
Yes — we offer a 30-day no-fuss return policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Email hello@tealwyn.co.uk with your order number to start a return. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
Is your jewellery waterproof?+
We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming or applying perfume. Gold-plated pieces are not waterproof — contact with water and chemicals will shorten the life of the plating. Our sterling silver pieces are more durable but should still be dried thoroughly if they get wet.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
