Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day no-fuss return policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return.
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- Personalised or custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- We cover return shipping for faulty items. For change-of-mind returns, you cover postage.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
