About Us

TEALWYN London operates tealwyn.co.uk, selling jewellery and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted (and a contract formed) when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock after you order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including:
- Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — giving you the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
